Where we ship and what it costs

The exact cost for your address is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. If your country isn’t offered at checkout, we can’t ship there yet; email letsbuild@oskind.com and we’ll see what we can do.
When your order ships
Most of our products are made to order, in batches. Each product page shows the current production status (for example, “preorder” or the expected shipping time), and your order confirmation repeats it. That is the delivery time we agree with you.
We email you when your order leaves our workshop, with the courier’s tracking link.
Delivery
- Orders are delivered by courier to the shipping address you enter at checkout.
- A phone number is required at checkout, because couriers use it to arrange delivery.
- Transit time depends on the destination and the courier, and is shown in the tracking once your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes (outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient. Please check your country’s rules before ordering.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier if you can, take photos and email us as soon as possible. If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll resend the order or refund you in full. See also our returns and withdrawal policy.
Delays
If a batch is delayed, we’ll email you with a new estimate. If we can’t deliver within the agreed time, you can cancel and get a full refund, as described in our terms, section 6.
